How to Keep Onigiri (Rice Balls) MOIST in the Fridge Overnight | Japanese Cooking Video Recipe

Rice getting hard / drying out in the fridge overnight, solution?

The answer is easy. It is to mix in oil. You can use any cooking oil but adding some healthy one is a better choice I think 😉No microwaving (reheating) needed when you eat 👍

BTW "Oil Onigiri" is something popular here in Japan, in the way it makes the Onigiri tasty!

If you are making Onigiri a night before, I recommend not touching the it with your bare hands. This is why I use plastic wrap. In this way Onigiri will be bactaria free and lasts longer.
