Wilton Icing Color: Royal Blue
a bit of milk or water
a bit of salt

1. Transfer a bit of egg white in a small bowl. Dilute the gel color with a little milk (or water) to give a thin consistency. Then mix into the egg white and season with salt to make blue egg liquid. For the yellow, mix the leftover egg and season with salt. Heat cooking oil in a small pan on low heat, pour the egg mixture in the pan and spread over the surface. ‪Cook the egg until the edges begin to dry, then ‬flip it over and cook the other side‪.‬
2. Cut the yellow egg crepe into a triangular shape. Then cut out a moon shape to make mouth. Cut out cheese, blue egg crepe, and Nori to make eyes. Cut out yellow egg crepe to make cheeks and nose. Make a few random holes in his face. Place it on the Chicken Rice packed in a bento box. Then place his tooth made with cheese to finish.

NO WASTE Shiitake Stems Kinpira (Vegetarian Stir-Fried Recipe) - Video Recipe

Did you know you can eat Shiitake mushroom stems?! If the stems are nice and thick, don't waste them ;)

Adding Shiitake mushroom stems to Kinpira is a great idea since the stems have light crunchy texture. They can add Umami to the dish!!!

FYI: Kinpira is a simple Japanese sautéed or braised vegetable side dish. It is served warm or at room temperature. It goes great with white rice and perfect for Bento lunch box!!!

Shiitake Stems Kinpira

Difficulty: Easy
Time: 10min
Number of servings: 2

Ingredients:
12 thick Shiitake mushroom stems
100g (3.5oz.) carrot
100g (3.5oz.) green pepper
1 tsp. cooking oil
a pinch of salt
2 tsp. sugar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. sesame oil
1 tbsp. toasted white sesame seeds

Directions:
1. Cut off the hard part of Shiitake stems and shred with your hands.
2. Thinly slice carrot and green pepper.
3. Heat cooking oil in a frying pan, add the Shiitake stems, carrot and green pepper, and cook until coated with oil.
4. Season with salt, sugar, and soy sauce. Then cook until tender.
5. Mix in sesame oil and white sesame seeds to finish.

How to Make No Bake Cheesecake without Cream Cheese (Easy and Delicious Talked-About Recipe) - Video Recipe

I saw this idea on TV the other day and tried it out. Well… as you can imagine, it is not that rich… so maybe this recipe is perfect for those who can't eat cream cheese or those who are on diet?! hehehe

No Bake Cheesecake without Cream Cheese

Difficulty: Super Easy
Time: 3min + cooling time
Number of servings: 2-3

Ingredients:
100g (3.5oz.) Kinugoshi-dofu (silken tofu)
200g (7oz.) unsweetened yogurt
1&2/3 tbsp. lemon juice
1&2/3 tbsp. sugar

Directions:
1. Place Tofu in a blender and process until smooth. *if your blender won't process, add a bit of yogurt.
2. Put the Tofu in a bowl and mix in yogurt, lemon juice, and sugar.
3. Pour it into small containers. Cool in the fridge for about 30 minutes. *they slightly firm up
