5-Ingredient Soufflé Pancakes | Japanese Cooking Video Recipe

Very easy, fluffy yet delicious pancakes 🥞

To make it thick, you don't want to mix the batter completely (leave meringue lumps), but kids say it tastes better (not eggy) when the batter is mixed evenly. Either way, the fluffiness does not change. Try out and see for yourself 😉

Udon alla Napolitan (Japanese Pasta Recipe) | Cooking Video

NOTE: Spaghetti Napolitan sounds like an Italian dish BUT it is a typical Japanese pasta dish made at home and served at restaurants nationwide. Nothing related to Napolitana and the main seasoning is Tomato Ketchup. It is a must.

Frozen Udon noodles are just perfect! Noodles won't go too soft but very chewy yet elastic even after you pan fry them 👍

Napolitan is well balanced with meat and vegetables. Easy for kids to eat!
