Tamagoyaki Sandwich (Japanese Egg Omelette Sando) | Japanese Cooking Video Recipe

Tamagoyaki is Japanese rolled omelette. In this recipe I will share with you how to make it using a microwave. In this way you can make nice and yellow Tamagoyaki without burning it.

If you use regular soy sauce, it can turn out brownish. Please use lighter colored soy sauce OR use transparent soy sauce like this one. https://amzn.to/3xk4wOI Or you can use white Dashi soup base instead of soy sauce and Dashi powder. https://amzn.to/3dLcyIx

This recipe is going to be a savory Dashi flavored Tamagoyaki. You can make it sweet, too. It is up to you 😉

1/2 tsp. Dashi powder
