I've never microwaved my cookies, do they really come out crunchy? butter makes better cookies to me, but I've tasted done with shortening is good too! Your video is very nice, and your voice is sweet! You're doing a wonderful job on your videos!!
ReplyDeleteI just finished watching the video, they look delicious, and so easy!
ReplyDeleteThank you for the video!!
hahaha i tried this once only i burnt the cookie dough and it became black and steaming!!! Japanese microwaves are different to the ones we have here. i guess we have the "old style" ones :P the one with the the glass plate spinning inside. your microwave looks like an oven!
ReplyDeletebtw i think your videos are improving ^^ keep up the good work!
yayy dear blogspot is up n running, finally! :)
ReplyDeleteHey Ochi!!! Wow this looks so yummy and simple to make!!! I might have to try this one sometime, hopefully soon! If I do I will definitely post about it KEKEKEKEKEKEKEE I never knew you could make microwave cookies!!! I thought you always have to bake them with an oven!
ReplyDeleteHi mica,
ReplyDeleteI feel bad about the missing posts and updates I made, but I'm glad to see you here again :D
Hi suki,
ReplyDeleteyes! you can bake but the cooking time is tricky... some people say a minute is enough to bake this cookie, so please test and see how it comes out in your microwave!

Hi Grub,
Oh… I'm sorry to hear about that X( I think Japanese microwaves are not that strong. My old microwave was glass-plate-kind but the cooking time was the same. Maybe a minute was enough for your microwave?!
My microwave looks like an oven because it has an oven function, too. But same as microwave, the heat is not strong, so it doesn't easily bake foods nice and brown… which sometimes frustrates me! haha

Hi Theda,

Hi jo,
ReplyDeleteNow the comments are back after the blogger maintenance, so my replies are not in order X(
Yes! The cookies come out crunchy :D
Thanks for liking my videos. I have many to fix but I thought I should better move on than sticking to one, so please bear with the quality!
I'm sorry to say, but like one of the above comments your microwaves are different to ours. I made these step by step watching you and i burnt my first cookie and there was lots of steam coming out the microwave and all the other ones were just all soft and didn't cook and when i put them in for longer they just burnt like the first time.
ReplyDeletethanks for the comment and i deleted the duplicate! the cookie is cooked from inside, so if you see brown outside, it is overbaked. and also it gets hard when cooled, so please wait. i think your microwave has more watts than mine?! maybe 1 min or less might be enough if you burned X( but you don't have to try it again because like you say, your microwave might be different...
