Behind The Scenes of Kawaii Kitchen (YouTube Space Tokyo)

I made these videos targeting those who are NOT interested in cooking but music, fashion, and entertainments. Cooking videos are so practical that those who are not interested in it will never watch or even think about searching for it (you can tell from the views of regular cooking videos - excluding sweet treats). I want to share the fun possibility of cooking with those who never knew the art of cooking! Thank you for subscribing. I will always do my best for my viewers :)

  1. I would like to ask a question about the hokkaido chiffon cupcakes you've made a few years back! I think that you wouldnt see my question if I posted it on the youtube video. I baked the cupcakes but why did it sink in? And also my custard cream is no stiff enough as I tried to cream my cupcakes, the cream just flow through the piping bag. I hope you do see this!
