  3. First of all happy belated birthday! I hope you had a lot of fun and everyone treated you nicely :)

    Youtube's comment box is a bit too small so I write you here:
    I really like the idea of a little Christmas broccoli tree since I'll be moving to my first little own place next week. I'll definitely give it a try! What came to my mind when I thought about it was that I know a related veggie that looks even more like a Christmas tree! Have you ever seen or heard of romanesco broccoli? Its taste is very similar to broccoli or cauliflower and the good ones look like a perfect Christmas tree that you can break apart to a whole forest of florets ;D
    Also interesting about romanesco broccoli is that it is very healthy and has even more vitamins than broccoli or cauliflower, and when you are into natural sciences like me (biology student :) then you could read a bit about its fractal and Fibonacci spiral structure. It is a really beautiful plant. I hope you can find it somewhere in Tokyo and try it.
    Ah btw! Here in Germany we usually serve broccoli with Hollandaise sauce, at least when it's a single dish.
