To eat it i need only to put it on some rice or it have to be cooked?

  4. unopened one can be stored at room temp up to the date it is stated on its package. BUT once you open it, you must keep it in the fridge. you don't have to cook. you eat as is. it tastes good with hot rice even saved in the fridge after opened. hope it helps!
