Kobe Cream Cheese Cake

Last Friday, my boyfriend went to Kobe on business and bought Konditorei Kobe 's Kobe Cream Cheese Cake as a souvenir.

It's a small cheesecake, 4 inches (10 centimeters) in diameter, packed in a cute round box. It was eye-pleasing and made me happy :D

The cake was fabulicious! It uses 2 different kinds of cream cheese from Australia and France, and yogurt, which makes the cake rich but refreshing!!! There is no trace of cheese, so once you get started, you can't stop ;-P

It is raining today. I heard the typhoon #14 is approaching... I hope it changes its course because we've got long holidays next week from 9/19-9/23! I have to work on 9/19, though...

Have a good one!!!

  3. I love cheesecake. Ever so often I get some from the Cheesecake Factory restaurant here in Los Angeles. Have you heard of this restaurant?

  4. Cheesecake is one of my cravings, which I haven't had in a long time! I never heard of cheesecake made from yogurt.

I'm thinking that the calories may be less if you use yogurt! My daughter sells them for fundraisers sometimes, but very expensive, plus fattening!

I'm sure you loved it! Enjoy!

Right! It makes me fat, too, so I try not to eat it voluntarily!

Yes. Maybe little bit healthier with yogurt ;)

I just finished the last piece yesterday.
