Last Friday, my boyfriend went to Kobe on business and bought Konditorei Kobe 's Kobe Cream Cheese Cake as a souvenir.It's a small cheesecake, 4 inches (10 centimeters) in diameter, packed in a cute round box. It was eye-pleasing and made me happy :D
The cake was fabulicious! It uses 2 different kinds of cream cheese from Australia and France, and yogurt, which makes the cake rich but refreshing!!! There is no trace of cheese, so once you get started, you can't stop ;-P
It is raining today. I heard the typhoon #14 is approaching... I hope it changes its course because we've got long holidays next week from 9/19-9/23! I have to work on 9/19, though...
