Ecological cooking is to cook environmentally friendly foods. Using leftovers in the fridge can be an idea! The other day I made Okonomiyaki using leftover fillings for Gyoza dumplings. Okonomiyaki is Japanese dish consisting of a pan-fried batter cake and various ingredients. The name of this dish means "cook what you like". I used leftover yam for the batter and dumpling fillings & cut vegetables for ingredients.
