Halloween Frankenstein: Stuffed Green Peppers

Hi! It's raining again here in Tokyo.
Yesterday, I had a nice chat with my high-school friend for about 5 hours! However, it wasn't enough for us! We had so much more to talk, you know!!!

Halloween is coming soon, so I will show you my scary stuffed green peppers.

You can cook stuffed green peppers in your style! When you remove the tops, don't discard them and cook them together. They are going to be part of Frankenstein heads! When done, draw their faces by cutting nori sheet and using mayonnaise. Pour ketchup on top and sandwich with tops!

Might be too scary for small kids... make them cuter then ;)

  1. Hello Ochi,

How cute these are, what a great idea! I still have green pepers coming.

I covered for the frost, but tops of plants still got frost burned and turned black. We had a heavy frost. The nights been warmer since, but raining here too!

I think you have much literally to write. You must someday make a cookbook of your own! You are very creative too, in your presentations and making art with your food like these Frankenstein green peppers!

  2. Thank you jo!

The frost in your area sounds severe. The weather here is warm too because it rains a lot. Hope not gets chilly...

Do you think I can write something?! You are right that I can maybe make a cookbook though. Yesterday I found a lot of humorous poem, haiku, and essay contests while searching for cooking ones. I took a few minutes to see if I could come up with something like you, but couldn't... Actually, the problem is that I don't know what is good and bad in those! You are awesome in that way!!!
