Ratatouille Ideas

Hello! Today, the temperature is 5C (10F) lower and colder than yesterday, due to cold winds blowing down from the north! I didn't want to get up this morning, you know...

Anyway, last time, I posted my Ratatouille recipe. My recipe serves only 2, but some recipes serve a great amount that you might not be able to finish up at once. Here I will show you that it can be used in many different ways.

Ratatouille Cheese Bowl: Sprinkle cheese over the ratatouille rice bowl.









Ratatouille Hand Roll: Wrap ratatouille with nori and sushi rice.









Fish Saute, Ratatouille Sauce: Pour ratatouille over the saute of fish.






Butterfly Fruit Nut Rye Bread with Ratatouille: Stand 2 slices of fruit nut rye bread on cream cheese, garnish ratatouille.

    A while ago,my husband and me talk about the weather in japan.he said,Very,very cold.but his laughing,beacause he already adjust the weather here in my country.
    Anyway,your food making is full of love.

    Your recipes look so inviting. You can cook for me anytime! I've have to use my nori, I put in freezer to keep fresh!

    Still in the 20's here, I'm wearing cuddle duds, a silk thermal underware to keep warm. That time of year again! Stay warm! :)
