Egg Salad Sandwiches with Brussels Sprouts Chunks | Japanese Cooking Video Recipe

Sandwiches with thick filling is a very popular sandwich style in Japan now. This egg sandwiches with Brussels Sprouts chunks with a hint of sesame oil are satisfying yet delicious, MUST TRY 👍



Mayo makes a difference. Please use Japanese Kewpie Mayonnaise or your favorite mayonnaise 😉

Egg Salad Sandwiches with Brussels Sprouts Chunks (Recipe)


Difficulty: Easy
Time: 30min
Number of servings: 2 servings

Ingredients:
2 eggs
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
a pinch of sugar
salt and pepper
2 slices of bread

Directions:
1. Boil eggs for about 20 minutes from water to make boiled eggs. 
2. Chop (or mash with a fork) the eggs, then season with mayonnaise, sugar, salt and pepper.
3. Put the egg salad and Brussels Sprouts Namul between 2 slices of bread. Wrap in parchment paper and cut in half to serve.
