Lo bah png / Lu Rou Fan is a popular Taiwanese comfort food, braised pork belly over rice. Chinese five-spice powder quickly gives the authentic fragrant but it can be optional for kids.
Quick Lo Bah Png |
My daughter had this dish at her elementary school and said it was good, so I decided to recreate it at home. I cut the pork into chunks, only 15 minutes to make 👍
This dish is delicious either hot or cold. Perfect for Bento lunch box 😋 Must TRY!
