Stress Causes Acne!

Too bad. I've got many small acnes on my face recently and realized that they were caused by stress!!! Believe it or not, I lost 8lbs in 2 months...

My boyfriend said I can use the milk soap to wash my face. SOAP?! Anyway, I tried many stuff and they didn't work, so maybe I can try this, too for a while. Also, I am taking Vitamin C, B, etc... Hope everything goes fine. But I know I need to remove my stress first of all!!! Please be settled, my honey. Ha-ha.

I think I should take things easy!

  2. Hi merce-san,

I really need to take things easy! My brain is buggy!!!

  3. Ochi,

I was so envy you.You know why?Because you can slim down even you're stressed.I just don't know how to make me slim down a bit..

I seldom have acne..except when my period almost arriving. But maybe you can cool down abit..don't think so much..

I take vitamin c and bee pollen everyday.Vitamin C is for my nose allergic and bee pollen is great for my skin.

  4. Hi jose,

It is nothing good to slim down by stress... I know... I need to cool down!

I've never heard of bee pollen. Sounds similar to royal jelly!!!

  5. Hi Ochi,

You know stress can do a lot of things. I remember I didn't get much acne until I turned 20. I think that stress and hormones are a big part of that! I used regular soap for many years, because my face was greasy! I was on retin A for awhile, which took layers of my skin off!

Now I'm older and have no grease hardly at all! My face gets chapped and peels, because I think of the retin A. I turned to Nazarina and have been using her homemade soap. I just started using again since the weather is cooler. I love Nazarin's soap and have to order more soon! Maybe you can get with her, it's wonderful!

  6. Hi jo,

You should write about that soap on your blog!!! Sounds wonderful!!! You are right. My skin is much more drier than before. Maybe I should ask her someday...

Anyway, I didn't know about retin A. Is that available at pharmacy?! Or you need doctor's prescription?! I want to try that someday if my condition get worse. It is getting better, so I hope not, though...
