How to Make 2-Ingredient Banana Pancakes (Healthy Flour-less High-Protein) - Video Recipe

Did you know you can make pancakes with just 2 ingredients?!


I think it is pretty popular recipe in the states.

2-Ingredients Banana Pancakes

Difficulty: Super Easy
Time: 5 min
Number of servings: 6 mini pancakes

1 banana
2 eggs

1. Mash banana with a fork.
2. Add eggs and mix well.
3. Use a non-stick frying pan or apply a thin layer of cooking oil. Then pour the batter into the pan and cook on medium low heat until nicely browned on both sides.

*you can served with maple syrup, chocolate sauce, or whatever you prefer!
